What’s the status of my order?
Due to high demand, orders may take additional time to process. We do our best to ship items within 2 business days of receiving your order.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Shipping times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method you choose. Generally, orders will arrive within 3-7 business days.
Will I receive tracking info?
Yes. Once your order is placed, you’ll get a confirmation email. Tracking information will be emailed separately as soon as your item ships.
Can I add or remove items from my order?
Unfortunately, we can’t modify orders once submitted. If you’d like to purchase additional items, please place a new order.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be canceled once processed. If you believe you’ve submitted a duplicate order or experienced a technical issue, please contact us immediately.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. Stay tuned…global support is coming.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are based on where you are located and your preferred method, and are calculated at checkout.
What sizes do you offer?
All available sizes are listed on each product page. We do our best to stock a full range, but some sizes may sell out quickly due to limited drops.
What’s your return or exchange policy?

Can I buy ACS gear in person?
Currently, ACS merch is only available online through our official store. Select items may occasionally be available at ACS events or demos.
